In closed beta: We have developed an SCX connection for the JTL-Wawi, which connects the JTL-Wawi to Temu. The functionalities and options are listed below.

Scope of services:
The following key features are available:
- Automatic collection of orders from Temu and creation as an order in JTL-Wawi.
- Return of the shipment data (tracking number and carrier) to Temu after shipment in JTL-Wawi.
- Transfer of stock levels and prices from JTL to the Temu system.
- Quotation creation from the JTL-Wawi.

- No installation of software on your system necessary.

- The functionalities of JTL-Wawi are of course fully available. This means that the use of workflows, etc. is available as usual.
- As invoices are created in your name via Temu, invoicing in JTL-Wawi is not technically possible.
Cost situation:
- JTL requires an order package. This is usually already available due to eBay, Amazon, etc.
- Orders placed via our connection are also included in this booked order package.
- You may book a package with us, the provider of this interface, in accordance with the variants shown below.
- For example, if you choose the Standard variant, we will invoice you € 69 per month, which includes 500 orders. Each additional order in this package will be charged at € 0.21.
- The packages can be changed on a monthly basis. In other words, you can commit to the package for the following month at the latest on the last day of the month.
- The connection can be terminated at the end of the month.
System requirements:
The following general conditions should be observed:
- JTL-Wawi from version 1.9.x
- This connection does not work with JTL versions 1.5.x and lower. (If you need a connection to these versions, please contact us).

Most frequently asked questions
Temu writes the invoice to the buyer on behalf of the merchant. An automatic transfer of this invoice from Temu to JTL is currently not possible.
The invoices can be downloaded from Temu's Seller Central.
Our connection transfers the orders to the JTL-Wawi with a flag so that no invoice can be created there.
Of course, the stock is reconciled from the JTL-Wawi.
It is important for this that the article has been transferred to Temu via our interface so that the matching for the warehouse stocks works.
No software needs to be installed for this.
On the Temu website:
Log in to your Temu Seller Central. Click on "App Store" in the left-hand area. Add the "JTL-SCX Interface" app here. Authorize the app with all permissions (check all boxes) and save the generated token.
On the JTL-Wawi page:
Go to Platforms / Sales channels / Create
In the pop-up window that then appears, select the channel "Temu by Zahlengrafik" and then enter the access data you received from us and the Temu token.
