Most frequently asked questions
Temu writes the invoice to the buyer on behalf of the merchant. An automatic transfer of this invoice from Temu to JTL is currently not possible.
The invoices can be downloaded from Temu's Seller Central.
Our connection transfers the orders to the JTL-Wawi with a flag so that no invoice can be created there.
Of course, the stock is reconciled from the JTL-Wawi.

Log in to your Temu Seller Central. Click on "App Store" in the left-hand area. Add the "JTL-SCX Interface" app here. Authorize the app with all permissions (check all boxes) and save the generated token.
