Our customers trust us

We are aware that we are an important link between the online retailer or fulfiller and the end customer. That is why we build our systems optimally to provide a stable and secure interface for online trading. Our interface servers are of course all located in Germany and are powered 100% by electricity from hydroelectric power plants. The servers run on Linux and are subject to a sophisticated data backup concept.

We have been working with ZahlenGrafik for a long time. We have always been able to rely on optimal advice and prompt implementation. In support cases, they respond promptly and find a solution. Thanks to the team's many years of experience, we have also always received an appropriate answer to questions that go beyond the scope of our own business.

We recently acquired a connection to ShopApotheke. Our employees are delighted because the numerous daily orders no longer have to be entered manually. Individual requests were dealt with immediately and implemented directly. We needed to control shipping lead times based on stock levels and the "oversales" checkbox.

As a fulfiller, we rely on our interfaces working and being able to react quickly when needed. Onboarding at short notice is also always possible. Special requests are always addressed and a solution created. Direct communication with our customers is also always possible and leads to quick results. Even at unconventional times and in English.
